Hello from Vancouver!

Hi all! I discovered this forum while browsing Facebook Marketplace for a new watch and someone mentioned they are on CWC.

My first mechanical watch was a Hamilton Jazzmaster I received as a gift 15 years ago. I rediscovered the watch hobby in 2022 and bought myself a Seiko. Now, after acquiring a few more watches, I go through waves of chasing the high of "one more watch" thinking this will be the last one for a while.

I'm curious if others have had a smilar experience, and how do you go about curbing this "addiction"?

Welcome, I find that it is very easy to end up with a large collection, when really a few nice pieces do the job for a rotation.

I’ve paired back on nicer watches in the past year. At one point it got out of hand lol.

I’m looking for one more, but I’m not too hopeful I’ll get the allocation.

Hamilton and Seiko are great choices, more of those sounds like a good decision.
